The challenge
A site ran its entire cleaning and sanitation schedule from a single Excel workbook: hundreds of recurring tasks, sign-offs typed into cells, and no reliable way to prove to an auditor that a task was done when it said it was.

A web app that holds every task with its frequency, location and responsible role, generates the daily schedule automatically, and records each sign-off with who, when and any notes.
Audit view that shows completion history per task and per area, exportable for inspections.
