Privacy policy

Last updated 16 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Auri Digital Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

Who we are

Auri Digital Solutions is a UK-based digital agency. For anything in this policy, contact hello@auridigitalsolutions.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Contact form. If you use the form on the contact page we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message. We use it to reply to you and to book a discovery call. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Auto-reply. When you submit the form we send one confirmation email to the address you gave. That is the only automated email this site sends.

Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode the choice is stored in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify visitors.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people move through the site. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP address (truncated) and browser details. We use the reports in aggregate; we do not use them to identify individuals. Google's own policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

What we do not do

No advertising pixels, no remarketing, no social tracking scripts. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email provider and stored in our mailbox. The site is hosted on a UK-accessible cloud platform. Google processes analytics data as described above. All act as processors on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back, then deleted. If you become a client, project records are kept for the length of the engagement and six years after for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Email hello@auridigitalsolutions.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
