The challenge
Walk-in businesses lose customers to the queue. People will not stand in a shop for forty minutes, and a paper book cannot tell them how long the wait is.
The client needed something customers would join from their phone, staff could run from a tablet, and that also handled advance bookings, deposits and reminders.

The solution
A web app and native mobile apps sharing one API. Customers join the queue or book ahead from their phone and get a live position and estimated wait.
A staff view for managing the queue, taking deposits and marking no-shows, with automatic reminders to cut them.
Launched under the client's own brand on web, iOS and Android.
